The food for this week's recipe post is created by my friend Brenda, a fellow foodie.
Brenda had us over for dinner one evening where we made our own whole wheat pasta. It was a lot of fun. She followed the recipe as posted by 'the pioneer woman' but to make it healthy she chose to use whole wheat flour.
|1 cup flour with 2 eggs|
|The kneaded dough|
|Rolled flat and cut into thin strips with pizza cutter|
|It was therapeutic and social to cut your own noodles ;-)|

|Boil it in hot water for 2 minutes|
