I have been absent from my blog for quite a while, more than I had expected or planned. I was traveling and had plenty to share but I was amidst lots of action and it was more important to take it all in rather than escape it to catch a breath and introspect. Before I start sharing stories from the trip, I decided to answer a few questions and establish where I stand today… a silly questionnaire
What I ate for breakfast – Banana and Almond Protein Shake

The last book I read – Almost Single by Advaita Kala
The last meal I cooked – Black Chana stir fry, Potato and Pea curry and Roti (An Indian Dinner)
What am I wearing right now – Light grey trousers and while top
My current Favorite TV show – Don’t watch Television but perhaps a documentary on Public Broadcast Television
The last person I sent an email to – To my friend about volunteering at Temple this Sunday
Something I recently learned – I gained more weight than what I had assumed, on my recent Travels
Something I am not looking forward – Losing the weight before the cooler weather sets in and confines me indoors
Something I am Thankful for - Pretty much everything, the wonderful trip that I had along with the opportunity to meet extended family, the good health and of course the return to the comfort of a routine life
How am I feeling overall – Like I just started a bike ride, a little wobbly right now but I know as I move I will find my balance and the key is to keep moving…
